Tre appartamenti all’ultimo piano sono posti su due livelli, ciascun livello con il proprio bagno. Ogni appartamento è dotato di unа Smart TV (TV satellitare con possibilità di visualizzare i propri contenuti), Cucina è completa di tutto il necessario: piano cottura elettrico, forno tradizionale, forno a microonde, lavastovigle, frigorifero, bollitore elettrico, set di stoviglie. Residenza Alto Garda consists of eleven modern two bedroom apartments ranging from 62 m² to 83 m² in a completely remodeled historic building in the heart of Riva del Garda. Three of the apartments are two level with either a bedroom or bedroom/bathroom combo upstairs. Each apartment has a state-of-the-art infotainment system with IPTV (smart satellite TV) with international channels, music collection, and Internet browsing. The kitchens are fully stocked with such necessities as induction stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, Illy espresso maker, electric kettle, full set of dishes and utensils. Each bedroom has two single beds which can be combined into a double bed. The living area has a fold out sofa.
