TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document regulates the general terms and conditions of the contract and the stay in the Alto Garda Residence.

Their full and unconditional acceptance is the conclusion of the contract.

Therefore, Residenza Alto Garda advises you to read this document carefully .

The guest is obliged to abide by the rules.

General informations: prices, minimum stay, cleaning service

All prices include VAT and are expressed in Euro for one night, excluding tourist tax.

The minimum stay is 2 nights.

Prices include: electricity, hot water, heating / air conditioning, security safe in each paring, storage room, weekly or final cleaning.

Intermediate cleaning is available for extra cost.

Apartment 

Each apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom, two bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge.

There is a 42-inch IPTV system.

In the bathroom you can find a large shower, a bidet, a WC and a hairdryer.

Bedlinen and towels are included.

Baby bed / baby chair is available upon request.

Each apartment has its own underground storage room for bike / sports equipment / luggage deposits.

24-hour access to laundry machine / drying machine / ironing board (self service).

There is also common area with TV projector, PS4, table games, ping pong, kids’ zone.

Parking facilities

Residenza Alto Garda has a private car park, which must be reserved at the time of booking.

The car park is outdoors and not guarded or manned.

Parking cost: 10.00 Euro per day.

Please inform us before your arrival if your car / minibus exceeds 5m long: we will do our best to organize parking for it.

Wifi

Free Wi-Fi internet connection is available in each area and in common areas of the structure.

Upon checking in, guests will be given the access code.

The access code will be automatically deactivated after the check out.

It is forbidden to give access to third parties.

High Residence Garda is not responsible for any illegal activity carried out by guests through the structure’s internet connection.

reservation 

To guarantee the reservation to your credit card.

100% of the amount will be blocked on the credit card.

Cancellation policy

To cancel your reservation, Residenza Alto Garda will require written communication via email or follow the link on your online confirmation.

Alto Garda Residence will follow up in writing with confirmation of cancellation. Time of referral is local Italian time.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival date.

Up to 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the amount will be charged.

Less than 15 days, the full cost of the stay will be charged.

These cancellation conditions are not valid in the case of “non-cancellable offers”:

In all cases of cancellation Residence Alto Garda will have the technical cost of the operation in the sum of 15.00 Euro.

For longer stays of 7 nights and group reservations, a slightly stricter cancellation policy will be applied and communicated.

No refund will be made in the case of an early departure.

Check in / out

24 h automatic check in / out machine is available.

Reception opening hours: 9-12 // 15-19

Photographic identification / document of host guest identification and data of other guests will be required on check in.

The guests are responsible for the documents and credit cards veracity and accuracy.

During check in payment will be made by credit card, with the issue of tax receipt or, upon request, an invoice will be sent by email.

The aparment is available from 4.00pm on your day of arrival.

The aparment must be vacated by 10.00 am on your day of departure.

Key cards must be returned.

Upon checking out the aparment has to be left clean and tidy. Used tableware, cutlery and glasses should be placed in the dishwasher and the dishwasher should be turned on.

All the garbage, bottles etc should be sorted, placed in the waste bags and must be thrown into the appropriate trash cans outside the structure.

Residence Alto Garda reserves the right to charge € 50.00 as an extra cleaning fee in case of not respect of the check out rules.

Guests number

Only persons informed of us prior to arrival may occupy the apartment.

The aparment may not be releted / sublet to any other third party without written approval.

The number of beds available is limited to the number of beds available.

Children

Children must be accompanied by parents, teachers or other authorized adults, who have all responsibility for them.

Animals

Small size pets (<15 kg) are welcome upon request: 10.00 Euro per day.

Smoking ban

It is absolutely forbidden to smoke throughout the whole structure, both in the apartments and in the common areas.

There are smoke detectors which, if alerted, activate the fire alarm: this involves considerable inconvenience to all the guests.

If a violation of smoking ban is ascertained, Residence Alto Garda will apply the amount of 200.00 Euro as an extra cleaning fee.

In addition to the behavior of administrative law sanctions.

Guests responsabilities

Guests have to take care of the apartment and leave it in tidy condition at the end of the stay.

The guest who makes the reservation for the guests who will stay in the apartment.

In particular, it has been given a respectful manner.

The guest is personally considered responsible for any damage caused to himself, other things resulting from the misuse of the furniture available.

He / she is also liable for compensation for damage to the structure.

Alto Garda Residence asks for the nightly rest times.

Residence Alto Garda has the right to terminate a reservation at any time and avoid a party or guest from the apartment in the event of a serious or repeated violation of the terms and conditions.

Other Subjects

Each apartment has a security safe.

Guests are invited to place valuables in the apartment.

Residence Alto Garda declines all responsibility for loss or disappearance of goods left in apartment or common areas.

Video security system

In common areas there is a video security system for security reasons, as indicated by the hanging signs.

The images are kept for a maximum of 24 hours

Jurisdiction and applicable law

The parties agree that for any dispute between Residenza Alto Garda and its guests the jurisdiction will belong to the Italian State, with exclusive jurisdiction of the Rovereto courts.

The applicable law is only Italian law.
